Our Sports Recovery Centre's Immersion Zone boasts a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art recovery tools designed to help athletes and individuals recover quickly and effectively.

Our facilities include an ice bath, a hydrotherapy pool, a cold immersion plunge pool, and a hot contrast plunge pool – all of which are large enough to accommodate up to 10 people in each zone – 40 in total.
